This agreement forms the backbone of a partnership which allows LED North America to market and sell the Dolphin brand street light and the OL Deluxe line of office lighting. In addition, the agreement allows for the joint licensing and development of a new technology expected to significantly extend the life of LED fixtures.

The Dolphin street light is available in 60w, 90w, and 120w versions and is UL certified. A 150w version is also in development. The 120w model is designed to replace the older 400w HPS street lights commonly used today.

The OL Deluxe office light is designed to replace the current fluorescent light fixtures commonly used in commercial buildings and schools.

LED North America is headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN. Everlight Americas is located in Carrollton, TX and is the North American office of Everlight Electronics Co., LTD headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.
